Paul Freudenthal, Mary Hubbard’s husband, contacted me to let us know that his wife, Mary Hubbard Freduenthal, passed away in 2007 of congestive heart failure. She survived diabetes for 62 years, and was frail for the last few years. I never would have guessed it as she always seemed positive and upbeat, including at the 40th reunion. She was a Navy wife, living many places, finally settling in Oak Harbor on Whidbey Island where they could dock their 50’ sailboat. They had one daughter who is now 41.

Thank you Judy, for letting us know about Mary. What a surprise to hear of her situation.
She always seemed to be a very a private , easy going person. So sorry that she is not with us anymore.

I am so sad to hear about Mary's passing. I always enjoyed her quiet presence, her intelligence, her giggle and her friendship. She will be missed in August.
