Thomas Edward Roy, age 76, of Vancouver, Washington passed away on Monday, April 11, 2022. Thomas was born September 2, 1945 in Beebe, Arkansas. A graveside service for Thomas was held Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Willamette National Cemetery, 11800 SE Mt. Scott Blvd., Portland, OR 97236.
